Littlepip, The Lightbringer, Inspiration.

Yeah, Inspiration for sure. Littlepip, My Little Pony, Fallout Equestria, KKat. All which I have to thank for inspiering me to try something new, something that I had never done before, drawing. Something that I am very thankful for, it has learned me to view the world differently, and at some point tought me to get in touch with my feelings on another level, aswell as getting to know so many new friends. You know who you are ;)

The 10th of November, on that day I've been drawing for a year. So, progress I guess. Not as much as I could have managed, but enough to make me realise that I can acctually do this. (Even if I still can't draw hair, at all.) During the progress of drawing this I came to a realisation, I took a look on my older images and saw that those where filled with emotion, a scene, something happened. My latest had no emotion, there where no real story behind the drawings. This is something that I want to change, and work on for the upcomming future. Emotion and story. For a image can look absolutely amazing, but without the story behind, it comes out lacklusting.

As for this particular drawing I tried something new, painting, it proved to be a interesting challenge where the main focus was upon what color to use and when. Guessing half the time is not really the way to go, so Id be happy for any critique I can get.

Thanks to Kkat for inspiering me, thanks to all my watchers for sticking with me, with my constantly changing style and unconsistant updates. Untill next time, have a good one.

tl;dr: been arting for a year, learned new things, critique please.

Edit: I supose adding a drawing from Nov 2011 would be appropriate:

You should practise your overglow technique. It looks like Littlepip's horn is Green.
Also, shouldn't the scar on her neck be a bit more blotchy? It did come from a magical burn, not a blade

Yeah, the magic deffiniately needs work. It looks like a paintjob right now, not very.. Magic-y.

Keep up the good work och grattis på ditt 1 års jubileum här på DA!

(building a stable door made me laugh), ingen tablet eller så.
