Hoofrot Tavern by Pantzar Hoofrot Tavern by Pantzar
Alright, long time no upload!

This right here is something taken from one of my PnP groups, Group 8 or Group ∞ as some like to call it. A scene that happened quite a while ago, so appologize to the people in the group if I got anything wrong.

The town of Hoofrot got attacked by slavers and we defended it, not without injuries, as Shade, the groups bullet sponge got hit quite a few times. Dusk Beam the medic is panicing in her atempt to heal Shade up. Grand Finale our very own ex-raider, would probebly be telling Dusk to get herself together as Terminal charges inside after taking care of the reminder of the slavers. Meanwhile Haywire and Midnight on the right have an argument about how them being atacked is Midnights fault, ending up with Midnight thumping Haywire with her rifle, usualy anyway.

Lightsources. How do they work. Need to do a better job on the lineart, and texturing. Oh and start to use tools to help me with scaling issues I ran into..

It's weird, this looks a lot like one of the underground cities from Metro 2033 and Metro Last Light wit a little bit of a WoW feeling to it. o.o

Never played Metro myself, I did play a lot of WoW at the time of drawing this so Im sure some of the inspiration came from there.

Beautiful picture, Pantzar. Your backgrounds are getting much, much better.

I love all the details you put into it. The outfits and equipment, furniture, and even Haywire's work table =)

Dusk looks very cute too.

Those were some fun times. I look forward for the next session.

Wonderfully ambitious scene! I'll bet the PnP grounds are properly grinning right now to see it come to life! Love the detail for the environment around them, especially the tabletops full of my favourite thing in drawings. Stuff! I mean that seriously, just...stuff, can really be what elevates an artpiece. Little things to spot and enjoy that clearly had a little time on them.

I feel perhaps the expressions and emotions could be a bit more exaggerated, I'm not sure if I'd have thought that Haywire and Midnight were in full on arguement if you hadn't mentioned. (Just being honest, sorry!) But the other group is an improvement on that. Still, just my 2 cents on what I'd like to see from such things. It's really coool!

Expressions are indeed the "thing" that I always have been struggling with. But practice makes perfect and practice I shall. Thanks for being honest though, its much easier to know whatsup that way.

And I have to agree, Stuff is wonderful to see, even if its a wasteland there should be a lot of "stuff" everywhere. I could probebly have gone more crazy with trash on the floor etc, something to think about for the future.
